1. DON'T TELL PEOPLE YOU ARE ON A FAST.. JUST DECLINE FOOD AND FOOD INVENTIONS. MOST PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND FASTING AND TRY TO DISCOURAGE IT.
2. DON'T WORRY ABOUT CALORIES. I HAVE EXTRA FAT TO BURN ON MY STOMACH AND I DON'T NEED TO EAT UNTIL ALL THE EXCESS STOMACH FAT IS GONE.. MY BODY CAN EASILY BURN THAT SO JUST IGNORE HUNGER URGES. THEY WILL PASS.
3. THIS IS CRITICAL FOR HEALTH AND WELL BEING. PEOPLE ARE MEAN SO JUST IGNORE THEM AND DO THIS FOR YOU.
4. FASTING IS ABOUT ***NOT DOING SOMETHING*** IT'S EASY.. YOU JUST DON'T STICK FOOD IN YOUR MOUTH AND DRINK ALL YOU WANT, AS LONG AS THERE ARE NO CALORIES IN IT.
