I will now fast my fat off and stretch marks. If I can't walk around with my shirt off I need work.
I. Fast gut, side handles, and stretch marks off. Fasting is totally acceptable way to achieve results. Don't listen to naysayers. Fasting is totally normal for humans to do and is part of healthy living. Overeating and not taking breaks is not normal and not healthy.
II. Break fast with the banana diet and fast again as needed.
